Rejoicing Spirits Worship and Community
Upcoming worship dates, typically the 3rd Sunday of the month: September 15, October 20, November 17, December 15.
Rejoicing Spirits is our "no-shush" worship service for persons of all abilities. It is a lively, interactive and joyous service where we sing, pray, using puppet videos we retell Bible stories and then draw life lessons from them. Everyone is encouraged to take a tambourine, a shaker or a drum and make some joyful noise. People of all ages and abilities are often invited to be participants in our dramas as well as the liturgy itself. See a sample service below.
The Rejoicing Spirits Community is an extended family of individuals of all abilities "that works to enrich the faith lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and friends and other supportive community members."
